GroutFit Couplers are designed for reliable precast connections, enabling fast, high-strength joining of elements using non-shrink grout -without the need for threading or machining.
Sleeve is positioned and cast into the precast element in factory conditions with grout inlet/vent exposed.
Precast unit is erected and the projecting rebar is inserted into the sleeve to the specified depth.
High-strength non-shrink grout is pumped via the inlet port until flow appears at the vent hole.
Test cubes are taken from each grout batch and cured to verify achieved strength matches specification.
