Parallel Roll Threaded systems use cold-roll forming to create strong, precise threads without removing material, ensuring full strength and high-performance splicing.
Bar end is cut perpendicular with a mechanical cutter – burr-free and within 2° of perpendicular.
Cold-roll die-head is applied to the bar end- no material removed, thread crest forms above the bar OD.
Go / no-go thread gauge confirms correct thread geometry before assembly, rejecting out-of-spec bars immediately.
Bars are threaded into the sleeve to the specified make-up. Protruding thread end confirms correct engagement.
