Hydraulic Crimping Couplers use high-pressure swaging to create a permanent, threadless connection, ideal for harsh and hard-to-access environments.
Both bar ends are inserted into the sleeve from each side, no end treatment of any kind required.
Hydraulic crimp press jaws are positioned centrally over the sleeve at the specified crimp locations.
Press is actuated to full pressure, 500–1000 bar depending on bar size, deforming the sleeve permanently.
Go/no-go gauge confirms correct sleeve OD after crimping. Result is recorded and connection is certified.
