Four Steps to a Verified Connection

Cut Square

Rebar end is cut perpendicular to the bar axis with a mechanical cutter no torch cuts.

Taper Thread

A taper-threading die is run onto the bar end, typically 3–5 passes to produce the full tapered profile.

Engage Coupler

Bar is threaded into the coupler 2–4 turns using a pipe wrench or torque wrench to specified torque.

Verify

Thread engagement is visually confirmed and torque mark is applied, connection is complete and certified.
